You are what you eat.

If this saying is true, then I am going to turn into a big, oozing-with-cheese quesadilla.

We got this fabulous quesadilla maker as a wedding gift over 2 1/2 years ago, and I think it's pretty safe to say that it's still one of the most utilized gifts to this day. I'd have to go back to my list of gifts to remember who gave it to us, but I'm thinking I should send them another thank you card.

I probably eat a quesadilla at least three times a week. It's not that I can't cook or that I don't have lots of recipes, I'm just too dang lazy most of the time to make a full meal for two. Plus, when we don't have all the ingredients that a recipe requires, you can rest assured that we do have tortillas on hand -- and the reliable quesadilla maker comes calling once again.

Simple, yet satisfying - refried beans, green peppers, roma tomatoes, and cheese

They're just so easy to make - you can put anything in a quesadilla! It can be breakfast, dinner, or dessert. And clean-up? Pshaw. A cinch. Well, unless you put too much cheese in it, then it can get a little messy (which *ahem* never happens to me).

Pure, golden-brown, melty deliciousness - served with a sour cream/salsa dipping sauce

Well, I think I've sufficiently expressed my fondness of this delightfully versatile "meal ". Anyone else have a quesadilla maker that they overuse as much as I do?? Or perhaps another wonderfully ingenious appliance?

In closing, as Napoleon Dynamite's grandma would say, "Just make yourself a dang quesa-dilluh!"

Don't mind if I do.

I love my quesadilla maker. We will buy the Tyson fajita chicken and add the re-fried beans, cheese and jalapenos! It is almost a once a week night meal!

Wait. You can buy a machine that makes your quesadillas for you?

This is amazing.

I am in the process of registering right now...that just might have to get added to the list.

BRILLIANT.
